This is exactly what Serpent USA does. You buy from them, they say it's out of stock, you cancel, they send it a few weeks later and charge you. It's frustrating!

Hopeing and waiting for a refund yes!!

Today king the store owner said they would be refunding me.I will let you know when i can confirm the money as been returned to my account

Got the REFUND all cleared and back in my account.

Not sure if the e-mail informing them a dispute over the payment to them by my CARD COMPANY, had been raise and was being investigated helped them trace there "error" that little bit faster.

Still ended up around 10 or $15 worse of as i lost out on the exchange rate.........wouldn't you guess it'd be me and not RC-Mushroom.But looking at the firgues they repayed what they must have thought was the full amount so i'm not to unhappy.Suffice to say i'm happy it's behind me now and i should recieve my cars from SPEEDTECH this week as i know from my tracker info that there in the UK

Isn't RC Mushroom in Hong Kong? If so, it may be hard for them to translate or understand your english. Just a though. It's not like everyone speaks english in the world. I work with several people from Hong Kong, and though it may seem they speak and read good english, there is still alot they don't understand. I think one thing here is communication. Blah blah blah... hehe But at least you got it cleared now.

Heck, the UK speaks english yet I can't ever understand them either.

Good to hear that you got that cleared up. In my book customer service needs to be number one. Even though they made an opps about the stock levels and that could have been a very honest mistake. They should have shown better customer service by taking the matter more seriously...
