Default help.! touring/drift cars

my roommate is wanting to get in the on road game and wants to know of some cheap touring/drift car. i have a tc5 and i love it. he on the other hand is on more of a budget and might need to go with a ready to run car. what are some good but cheaper models.?

E10 RTR. Very basic when it comes to radio, esc, motor, etc. But the E10 is a very good drifter. Also, it's affordable.
