Default Swollen Lipo. What next?

I have just had one of my Lipos swell up (5000mAh Team Orion PlatinumTWO 20C). What do I do next to safely dispose of it? How can I have it replaced under warranty if I need to dispose of it?

I usually get a plastic container and fill it up with highly concentrated salt water. Just dunk the battery in there and make sure the whole thing is under water (connectors and everything). You should see very very tiny bubbles come up from the battery, and this lets you know it's slowly, and safely discharging. Just leave it outside for a day or so, then throw in the garbage .

Thats what I did for lipo packs in my RC helicopters. I'm not sure if there is a better way or not now days.

I just take them to my local batteries plus, they take them for free, just let them know there's still some voltage on them if there is. I try and put mine a bulb discharger to drop them down to zero
