Hey Seaball, I was wondering, how hot is this, are you able to measure it with a temp gun? On www.fukuyama.com, they reccomend that the temperature should be between 135f to 155F.

i used a simple thermometer and it ran up to 50*C (ambient temp is 28*C)
I find that at 45*C it's the best but i don't use temperature cut-off.

Just for info, 135f to 155f equals 57,2C to 68,3.

With my Sanyo 3000 HV, I find it should above approx 55 C, before it's punchy. Ambient temperature with this batt temperature is around 15 C.

55+C's ??
wouldn't that be way above the GP recommendation of 45C?
Of course, that recommendation is for lower current charging...

BTW,which is the best place to get the temperature?I measure between the cells from the top.I find that the battery bars are way hotter than anywhere else.

Dont know which measuring method is best... I've also noticed that the bars are hotter.... I just pointed a temp gun to the middle of the can (not the end)...
