i am still running the origional spektrum system because i was torn between the 2.the spektrum pro had no specs on the range and the futaba did.i may give it a try.i just want to wait it out for a bit to see if there are any issues.i am one of the lucky few who have seen no glitches even with the indoor races on carpet(knock on wood)

We are no longer distributing Titanium Racing products. Everything we have in stock is 50% off and we won't be getting anymore inventory.

Maybe one of the T-Maxx screw kits will have everything?

Hey Ed, if Schumacher doesn't have the screws in stock, you can always go to www.SpeedtechRC.com Steve has all the Ti screws you'll need.

Just wondering, does Schumacher still pre-build the diff on the cars? Of all the things I loved about Schumacher kits, that.....wasn't one of them. The pre-built diffs were always notchy and sounded like chains being dragged on concrete!

So is it still done? And if it is, has it gotten any better since back in the day?

I'm not sure about the new diffs, but I can tell you all you needed to do on the old diffs was put the good thrust bearing in that lasted forever, sand both sides of the rings flat, use the carbide diff balls and use Schumacher diff grease and they were awesome.

Hopefully they did something to the new ones though!

The new diffs come un-assembled. The only thing done at the factory is the installation of the thrust bearing (the good one )

The only difference between the Mi3 diff and the past ones are indexed diff rings that lock on to the out drives. This lets you set the diff a little looser as its is now impossible to slip the rings on the outdrives. I looser rear diff gives more on power steering.

If any of you are passing through Arkansas you have to stop at this track. It is just beautiful and is set in a family fun center with a go kart track and a putt putt golf course next to it.

Make sure a bid for the 2008 ROAR Nats On Road Nats comes from that track!
