I saw one of Shaniqua's runs and he looked good on the clock. PW looked fast as well. The live feed is cool and everything but it just makes you want an even better picture so you can get some good detail in there.

The car is feeling really good. I'm still working on my line at the end of the straight. If I can get that consistent it's lights out. My motors are killer. It's also nice that Jeff Witman hooked a brotha up with his ARC zapper. (Thanks Jeff) Even though it was just practice a few guys still don't understand ifmar qualifying. They try to race and block the faster cars. Oh well....that's part of racing and I'm having fun and PW and Mo have been able to give helpful input to driving lines and set up changes. It's actually a blessing that we are running different classes so that they can tell me what the car is doing and what it needs more/less of. The body I ran in the last practice heat turned a few heads

We go live today. Good luck to my fellow Schuie drivers. This isn't the nats for me.....It's the get ready for Weylin race That frickin' kid is fast. What the heck did I get myself into

Adrain ran Weylin's setup that you said to try. I did everything the way I was suppose, well I thought I did. I had everything done so I thought and ran a few practice runs and my first two heats when I decided to check over the sheet just to make sure I had it right and then before I even looked at the sheet I realized I forgot the change the front block to the wider front blocks to get forward arm sweep. What an ass!!!!!!!!!!!! Put that on and adjusted the cambers and such and the car was even better. Least I know what the differance was with and with out forward arm sweep so it wasn't a bad thing. When I swept the arms I seemed to have more mid corner steering.

I will say the setup is way easy to drive thats for sure. Just need to loosen up the rear for a little more rotation and it will be even better for me. Overall great starting setup for those who have not tried it yet. I found it was just smooth and predictable to drive with no funny handling traits. Just smooth and easy to drive. I ran the setup and a track with I would say medium traction. I needed a little more steering so I stood the front shock up one hole and that helped. Need to order the other swaybars because I thought I had them but I didn't. I will order them on Monday.

Well.....I missed the A (my fault) Motors took a dump and the driver put too much pressure on himself. I'm 3rd in the B main and Alex Lopez is the BQ boy. I don't know who's in 2nd. If all goes well, I'll be 1st going into the first turn No matter what I will have some fun. The good thing for Vegas is that we get to run our own motors at that event (I think) because these Trinity handouts are the worse motors I have ever seen. These must be what failed inspection and couldn't be sold. We made some of them real fast though.....but it took alot of work. Good luck to all my Scuie homies where ever you may be racing.

I was looking to do the same thing but didn't have enough time to figure out something that worked well. I tried anti squat but it was too big of a change, the car was much looser and more unpredictable. I might of had a faster lap with it but consistency fell on its face. Maybe something as simple as leaning the rear shock in a hole for a little less rear side bite, but that should also give you less rotation on throttle which wouldn't help I think. Let me know if you change something to get a little better rotation out of it.

Bummer Clint, by how you were looking early in qualifying I thought you would make it. Just remember, there's no rough driving calls in the B main ! Now you know what it's like to deal with handout motors . I hope you run that Lopez guy over !

Will do. I might get to race again this weekend and if I do I will try some little variations and see if I come up with anything. If I do find something I think worked better for me I will be posting as soon as I get home from racing next week.

Still a great overall setup to start with on asphalt. I have a setup I use on a tight indoor high traction asphalt track that seems to work. I need to get it posted for Justin Lessard. I will email it to him and post it here as well. Will do that tonight.

no hurry,I justt wanted to have a starting point for fredrick in august,at the TCS race at the "C" I ran 2 packs through my car,and got it pretty good, but I'm sure your setup will be a little better, considering you've raced at fredrick abunch more than I have.

but I might try my setup,it seems to work perfect every time out

don't worry about the setup for jackson,I won't br coming to the express race...unless I can ride with Tag.."hint""hint"...

I know the Frederick setup works at Jackson as my buddy has the setup on and ran Jackson last night. He is getting better at driving but like he said if one of the top guys drove his car it would be right their. Most of the issues he said was his driving. Car was easy to drive overall. If you are at Frederick we will get your car sorted out so I don't think it is a huge issue for you.

Hey Weylin would a thicker sway bar on the rear of the car help for rotation?

All I can say about my Schuie last night at Jackson is WOW. This car handles so much better than my FK05. Only thing I changed from my Frederick setup was lowering the rear bulkhead. And used a little less front compound. I want to go back to full compound in the front. I need to get rid of some front traction. The car wanted to break loose when I came out of the corner to hard and heavy on the throttle. I think I was over heating the front tires.
