You have to understand how it works in China....offically GP probably does not, however, they may sell to another company that is owned by a family memeber that does. We have used thousands of these cells and have seen all kinds of situations where they have been sorted ect.

For the first time ever, I received a case of GP3300 cells without anything removed from the box and it had an offical test sheet of 30 amps discharge inside of it. I am not sure about other matchers, I have never seen this before. It was in an old case of long cells.

If GP does not do it...how are they selling 6 cell matched cases?

Stupid is as stupid does.

Default Yes

But, they are doing some testing. If they are doing this testing, who is to say that they are not sorting? Yes I have tested these so called matched cells, but not enough to determine if there is a method.

My thoughts are that this is the CP3600CR nicad and not a Sub C NIMH cell. There is no way the new Sanyo 3600 NIMH is sintered construction.
