Which is more durable and has less problems?
The old SPX Stock Spec or the SXX Stock Spec?

I have a Novak Havok with 10.5T motor....
How much percentage in power increase can I expect if use
the SPX and/or the SXX with its Advance Timing feature?

20%? 40%? 10%?

Thanks in advance.

Before the MK3 version SXX SS had some trouble, now seems in LRP have solved the issue. So if the last version is really working without doubts the SXX SS is much better than the "old" Spx
About the timing features i can't answer, i have only to say that the SXX SS is running our stock class ( in Italy the stock class is with 10,5 motors) like "rockets", at the corner exit with good batteries (40/50C) the car is impressive.
With the SPX was really different also using good batteries but the improve using the SXX SS is huge, but depends also how you drive.
Hoping this can help you.

SPX is more durable and problem free. SXX SS is about 20% to 40% faster in pure speed than SPX. In my opinion, unless your track is super big with very high grip, and your car's setup is good enough to handle the extra power, SXX SS may not improve your laptime over SPX.

That depends on motor and pitch but start with gearing down a little...2 or 3 teeth and keep close tabs on the temps.

"Ok you do not have the version 3 software. Thatís because we havenít sold any yet with the version 3. You can send it in here and we will update it for you and send it back to you".

Tried the SXX stock spec ss and i was quite impressed it with. Torquewas great and responsive enough that even my local track straight line of 60feet seems not enough for it. The response is very good. Am running on 11.5t orion vortex pro stock motor running 7.9 fdr on a 45C lipo 2s. Temperature after 5 minutes run was +60deg C.Its still on default profile. Anyone can help me improve on better profile or setting? This is my first lrp...

Is LRP still producing the SXX ss? If not, when will it be back in production?

hi
i am not a lrp employee, but i can say this. i sent in my SXX SS and got it back in time for some testing over the weekend. all i can say is WOW they really sorted out the troubles. speedo now worked like a charm. it had super feeling to it and the speed was just insane. i did have some trůubles in the first run (cogging) but this was due to a bad sensor wire which i changed for the rest of the day and it worked flawlessly. fyi my settings:

motor 13.5T speedpassion v3
SXX SS
feel 2
boost 9
fdr: 1:5,5
temperature after 7 min: 65įC

finally LRP got it together.
