so how is the sxx stockspec any better than the sxx?

both have 10 step timing profiles?

is profile 7 on the sxx the same as profile 7 on the stockspec?

No...go to www.lrp.cc and check out the spec.

4 dot timing on the motor, speedo settings 2,6,5,0. 5.50 final. May need to up up or down on the final depending on the track.

4 dot is -10 ... But it is actually 28-32 degrees of actual motor timing. Equivalent to Novaks 0 setting which is actually 30 degrees.

Hi Reto,

Just watched LRP Toyfair video and the "TOUCH" is definitely a cool charger to look forward. The most interesting feature on this charger is the ability to check our brushless motor RPM, and I do hope it could show us more info.

Thanks.

Has anyone had time to sweet spot setup LRP ss with 10.5, running both Novak Ballistic and LRP x12

My LRP don't arrive till the end of the week and don't really fancy blowing it up at the first outing

Alex

Another question,

Just been reading the manual and the following information popped up.

Manual says:

Rec. Motor Limit with 5 cells over 4.0T
Rec. Motor Limit with 6 cells over 4.5T

My question is what is the limit for 2s lipo and 1s lipo???

Alex

It would be safe to assume that for 1s, nothing greater than 4T. 2s lipo is just like 6 cells. And if you are going to be running a motor that hot you shouldn't be running this speedo anyways. Are you trying to launch your car to the moon??

I am not sure about the novak motor but you can probably start the same place as the X12.

For 1/12 1S X12 10.5, 4dot timing, speedo 0,7,6,0 33/88 43mm tire.
