Default This is my tto1

hey everyone,
just posting some pics of my tto1 for any of the other tto1 fans and along with any others.heres a list of what i did to my tto1.

alum. shaft, steerng links, ball bearings, dampners, front and rear knuckles( rear toe in), front dog bones, front one way unit, front and rear stabalizers, upper deck, alum. battery posts, and novak gtb brushless with 8.5.

i built this one for my dad. if you look closely you see thats its brushed and that it has a fan. because brushed heats up a little faster i put a fan and really works!!

that was my tto1, i put a lot of money into it, but im sure there are people who done more than me and spent more money. if so i would like to see it

I don't know if you notice but you have a lot of toe out on your ride compared to your dad's you will need adjustable turnbuckles to fix that. This is my TT-01 with 3racing chasis upgrade. Has a SpeedPassion V1.1 LBF brushless with an Epic 7.5 motor.

Yeah I think it looks much cleaner with the shorter motor wires. I think the car as a whole might look a little better if you raised the body a smidge and tinted the windows (so the electronics are less visible), but I guess that's just personal preference

I've never done it myself, but here's a link that includes several ways to do it
It's a little ways down the page

Pactra Polycarb Window Tint Part # RC294 At LHS, or Tower Hobbies Part # LXCY44. Or Local Auto Parts Store, purchase Window Film. Paint on is easier.

I have an Evader ST stadium truck. Totally stock besides my custom headlights, but I'm about to order a LiPo and new charger, then pretty soon I'll be upgrading to the CC Sidewinder 5700kV brushless combo. I am hoping to do some custom paint work soon so I'll be using the info from that link I posted, too

When tinting windows you have the option of leaving the front windshield clear like on a real car and just tint the side and rear windows. It's really up to you.
