Default TC5. Is it weaked?

I was going over my TC5 for practice Friday. And noticed that my rear toe-in was positive 1 on left and negative 1 on rear. Which its supposed to be positive 1 I believe. I took my digital calibers and found .01 inches variance from rear of bulkhead to the front which would account for the toes difference. This TC has been around and run for several seasons and have never had a tweak issue. Before I tear the bulkhead down, does this seem like a tweak problem? I have new rear bulkhead and could just replace them, but I wanted to know if this is a common problem, for on mine it ran 2 full seasons. Maybe I missed it before

That doesn't sound like a tweak issue, but to eliminate it as problem put the chassis on something flat (setup board, mirror, piece of glass) and try to rock it corner to corner by pushing on the top of the shock towers. It sounds more likely that something is bent or binding, could be a bent rear upright, arm, bulkhead, hingepin holder, or hingepin...or the screw holding the hingepin holder to the bulkhead could be bent or loose (check front and rear holders on both sides), or it could be as simple as different toe shims from side to side. Check for that first then start taking the rear end apart and make sure everything from the left side matches the corresponding part on the right side...good luck finding the gremlin, he's in there somewhere!

+1, I would check the hinge pins first, they can throw the toe out on any car if they are bent/binding up, good luck on finding the fault.

Also if you do choose to tear the car down again and check everything good lay the bulkheads themselves on something flat to make sure they are flat as well.

I found the culprit. I checked all the components and in the end the last thing I checked was my rear hub carrier. Its alum and its tweaked. I have removed all my aluminum carriers now. Ive raced that carrier for 2 full seasons and never tweaked it. Cant complain to much.
