Danny-

When Christopher says he beat the hell out of them he really means it. I beat him in a race and he pulled his pack out of his car and started puching the pack saying some very bad stuff. He needs all the help you can give him.

Christopher: Yes we can rematch your cells. Just make sure they are free of solder and the surface is flat. Remove the single cell shrink but you can leave the stickers on because there easy to peel off when the cell is hot.

We charge 1 dollar per cell plus enough for return freight. You can include a check to my name Danny Sullivan.

It normally takes a week to turn them around.

Thanks Danny.

Do you also do a maintenace zapp on the cells? And what is the easiest way to remove the solder... I'd like to get them good and clean...

Actually, I forgot to put my battery strap on and was dragging my battery around the track. Though this slowed me down somewhat, I think I still beat you... Could be wrong... the big "30" is comming up soon and my memory isn't what it used to be...

The cells will be rezapped and matched. I use a Dremel sanding drum and pass over the ends slowly and as straight as possible.

It's Panasonics newest NiMH cell. As soon as I get some to test I will let people know what they are about.

The HV are giving me more confidence when i race. Do not know why???? Ha Ha.... But i can sleep early for Hv as charging at 5 to 6 amp but smh i can only charged at 4 amps.

Has anyone cycled there HV's to check the numbers? I cycled mine and to a BIG surprise did I find some difference. On the label the say [email protected] Acording to my charger @20 they read1.11. I know my NiCads read higher @20 than then my HV's do and my stock metals arent to impressive according the what the labels read vs NiCads..

My lowest HV packs are [email protected] Those numbers were taken with 6.0A charge 12mV cutoff per cell. My high cells are around [email protected]

How are you taking care or these cells, and what charger are you using?

I cycled mine, 6.5 Amp charge, .05 threshhold...At 30 amps I got 1.14, the label reads 1.148 So they're still pretty good.
