Default who repair GM esc

I would like to know who repair GM esc. I sent it to horizion hobby and they just sent it back and it is no signs that they tryed to fix it.

ptjonesus-I would give Horizon a call see what they have to say. They are usually really good with repairs. Maybe something got mixed up and it got sent back to you before repairs were made.

They just sent it back to me and said it was unrepairable. they did not offer a discount on a new speed controller or anything. I like the GM V12 XC but if the company does not stand behide there product I will need buy there product again.

Contact GM in germany or post your problem on their forum. Ralf Hellbing checks their forum a lot and will answer you very fast. He know the esc well since he designed it.

Horizon Hobby will repair it. I just got mine back. Here's the form.

i sent them mine and they took care of it their customer service is top notch!

Same thing happened to me. I called Horizon and asked if they had a replacement program. They sold me a new one at a reduced price.

I fixed the controller myself it took me 20min and five dollars. If what yal are saying is true there droped the ball on mine.
