Default Associated TC4 question..??

What is the difference in the Team and Factory Team models. I am in the market for a TC3 or TC4 and want to make sure I am spending my $$ smart.

If you do not get the "better" one, is it costly to upgrade and is it possible?

Thank you in advance!

Do a little comparison online, they are night and day.

Here's a link http://www.rc10.com/ae/tc4/tc4_home.htm

I've heard the TC4 is not as tuneable or as good of a car as the TC3. I don't know this for a fact but I been racing 2 years now and haven't seen any TC4's on the track. I run a TC3 myself and it is a fast and competative car for VTA. so for personal prefrence just get a TC3.

I can say I have owned ran both the tc3 and tc4 and liked the tc4 better. It was very easy to drive and was overall a great car. They are quite similar when you compare the tub chassis versions side by side. The tc4 just addressed a few of the issues the team had with the car, namely the steering rack and chassis width. Both are good cars tho.

What are you buying it for? If VTA, I'd just stick with the TC3 - it won't be that huge of a difference and more people run them than the FT TC4. The FT TC3 includes some titanium goodies and carbon-composite plastics - nothing huge.

If for regular touring, look at one of the current belt-driven cars - huge difference between them and the old TC3/TC4.

Whatever one you do choose just be sure to put a Parma bumper on it, It will pay for itself.
