TC3 spur gear

Will this spur gear work on the TC3?

I'm putting a modified motor in my cutom 1/18 monster truck and needed a bigger spur than what ae makes. It'll go around 43mph.

Actually, I'm not sure if it will...yes, it will mount on the spur mount, but I'm wondering if an 81 tooth is too big in diameter to avoid sticking out under the chassis. But I suppose it can't hurt to try.....
