I'm going to agree with Mike on this one. Plus, running stock and mod eliminates the need for tech in the mod classes, where 10.5 would be tech'ed.

doesnt matter what classes your offer at a big race it will be a low turnout until the entry fees go down i think this is the real problem.

So the events over lap with the Champs and Snowbirds. I do not under stand the point you are trying to make. The ETS series is primarlay marketed to racers on the other side of the pond. The ETS series is not hurting attendance from the Champs or Snowbirds. I know the schedule for a few of the ETS races is challenging, but they are not marketed to us. Sure we would love to attend, but average joe racers in the states chokes on the cost of air fair, then lodging, and the list goes on.

17.5 1/12 scale Control Tire - Instead of bringing 10 differnt combination compound tires to an event you bring one. Done deal! Huge cost savings.

Open Mod 1/12 scale

17.5 rubber TC

Open Mod rubber TC

I agree with Mike on making the big three races a series. I remember back in the day when we had the original triple crown. Cleveland, US Winter Champs, and the Trinity Shootout. Huge turnouts! Why, because the races actually meant something.

I hope Mr. Bill, Scotty, and Mike can set their pride asside and make this happen for the good of our sport.
