Default What 2s lipos have flat bottoms?

Other then smc which lipos are flat on the bottom? I just bought the balancing weights for my t2 009 that off sets the lipo a d I don't think a lipo with the bumps on the bottom will fit this as I don't believe it will drop down into the battery slots on the chassis with it being offset. If I'm wrong will someone please correct me. Really just looking to get some Nama of manufacturer that have the flat bottoms on their lipos. Also, while we are at it, which ones have the bumps? Maybe I'd do better to use the ones with the bumps and just tnx another way to add weight to my chassis for balancing. Do the ones with the bumps tend to stay in better? So, I'll start off with what I know so far.

Flat bottom lipo
1)smc
2)Orion(I believe)
3)reedy

lipos with bumps
1) racers edge
2)protek(one I'm not 100% on)
does anyone know about thunder power, epic, intellect. I'm really interested in the thnder power to be exact.
Any help in adding to this list would be appreciated! Thanks!

Thunder Power, Team Epic, and Intellect all have bumps on the bottom unfortunately. Alot of people are just [carefully] grinding them off. I haven't tried it myself, but will eventually.

Oh, I anyone wants to make some recommendations on a new lipo please feel free. My price range is around $80-90. I'd been looking at the racers edge 4000mah 35c, thunder power 3200 40c I believe, the protek 3800 30c. Any recommendations? Must be roar approved!

I just ground the lumps off on one side then filled them with epoxy.

I also use the lipo weights, makes my car 40g overweight, but its balanced and the batteries are held in securely (I also use the xray battery strap), seen far too many cars have to pull out of a race as their batteries have come out.

Yep my TP 5000's flat too. The 3200 mah Thunder Power batteries have humps but the 5000's are flat on the bottom. They are awesome batteries too, long life, great punch, I highly recommend them.

Does anyone know if the thunder power 4200 40c is flat on the bottom? That's in my price range and it's in stock right now as well!

The LRP LiPos have bumps on one side, and the other side is flat. So if you have a flat-bottomed car, you can just flip it. There is battery-connectors on both sides.

So, you're saying SMC is a true 50C? Back it up please. While you're at it, back up the claims of other battery you carry so we know what we are or would be buying.

RFI packs are also flat bottomed. We run SMC, ThunderPower, RFI and all are respectable. I've had others that I wasn't nearly as happy with. Some fit better like SMC 4100, 4200 and RFI packs are thin and fit pretty much everything from TC to 4wd off-road. The SMC 5200's are awesome but too thick so they're a really tight fit on most cars.
