Just wondering, why hacker? I have no experience with them, but I really like the Novak system and haven't heard many that think the Hacker is better.

I had a fren who is using the Novak system. SS5800. BUt even my stocks can out run hes brushless on the straight. ASk around and seem no one is too sure whats wrong with that motor. Unless i can see it for my ownself that its s system worth the money, then i might consider it.

Get the 6turn motor and the Master Car Comp Esc. You wont regret it. they are very fast. about the equivilant to a good 8turn(brushed)

The 5800 should be much faster. Even the Novak 4300 in stock mode is faster than any brushed stock motor. If it isn't theere is something wrong with it. SoCal raceway won't let you run either in stock racing past novice because of this reason. Novak has great customer service, are all over the place, etc. Haven't heard that much about Hacker. I certainly haven't heard great things about their customers sevice. My $.02

But my friends SS5800 seems to work with lots of problems.
Even my stock motors can out run hes SS5800 in the infield and on the straight (180').
So anyone having the same kind of problems???

I manage to test my friends 6t Hacker brushless with the Master Car Comp Esc. It runs well on tight track and works even better on bigger smoother track. The downside to it is its punch. A better system would be with an 8t motor.

Just my 0.02
