Questions?? LOWER Weight and SHOCKS

Hi Guys
our weight limit lowered from 1450grams to 1350 grams
I'm just wondering if we should change our shock oil to heavier or lighter than we used with 1450 grams of weight...
any idea welcome
thanx in advance

You will need less damping as there is less mass to dampen.

Might want to change your springs as well

Default lighter oil

slightly lighter oil and springs (maybe 1 step), and see if you can move the battery out to balance the car at the lighter weight.

Ali, We went down to 350 (from 400/450) oil and dropped one spring rate all round (from pink/silver to silver/blue) which seems to be about the right starting point now.
