Yes, all wires are in the correct location, A,B,C, and all solder joints are solid.

That is the best point made yet. This isn't a knock against Castle, but they are only charging the racers 120.00. Maybe they can fix a couple of these problems, and maybe they could charge 200.00 like everyone else.

I will say they have the best customer support I have dealt with in a very long time. I had a speedo go bad and instead of telling me to send it in, they said we will send you a new one with a return packing slip. When I receive the new one, I was told to put the old one in the box and send it back.
Most other companies want the old one back to diagnose the problem. Tekin is good with this. It only took a week to send in my old and get a new one back. LRP took 3 months to even get any acknowledgment.

Castle has never been about charging maximum amounts of money. They have always been about trying to make excellent products at a reasonable cost. Maybe the other companies are just over charging and Castle is where stuff should be priced at.

Ira, try a different sensor cable. Those can go bad for no reason sometimes.

Thanks geeunit1014,
I did try 2 different sensor wires, but I have a third I will try. I talked to Thomas at Castle today, he gave me a few things to try within the programming/settings for the ESC. I will try them this Sunday.

I preformed a few test with two different motor manufactures today, I think I'm on to something. I'll post once all of my testing is over.

I would like to thank Thomas for his help today, he is super nice and helpful.

can someone who has made their own case to the speedo please post a pic how it looks?

i`m getting quite mad now, cant get the wiring right, its too big!! looking to take it apart and place the caps on the servo instead... would be easier to change to a team wawe or lrp but have read and heard so much positive stuff on this esc so i`m going to keep it, even if it takes som extra work to make it fit right

The term "you get what you pay for" applies to this esc? What are these problems that people are experiencing? Thinking of buying one, but if it is unreliable, I have to resort to a tekin maybe... In these hard times, good pricing and QUALITY are what is going to keep the companies surviving. I hope more companies will follow in that footstep.

Here's mine with the new case a friend made. Makes it about the same size as an old LRP Sphere except a little taller because of the heatsink. Notice that one of the caps is missing from the speedo (needs a little shoe goo at the bottom of the caps to keep this from happening).

The 'problem' is mostly where people are using it for 1S, without casing, wiring in additional caps... Basically not how it was designed to be used. Call me lucky but all I've had from this esc is 'awesomeness'.......
