Default Bodies available for Touring Cars..?

Its been a VERY long time since I have raced so I have been out of the scene for awhile. Looking to get into the touring car scene. I know there is Protoform, HPI, Proline, etc. but am looking for such as Audi A4/S4, A6/S6. I know there was a company way back in the day that use to make custom bodies one being the Volvo wagon... I am talking Custom Works Dominator days LOL...

I have the Tamiya A4 STW body for sale, unpainted. Let me know if you're interested.

I guess I should have been more specific. Not hard bodies (as they look the best) but lexan bodies for racing & beating up.

Thanks...

If you're actually going to race with Roar rules make sure your body's are approved.

The standard for sedan racing is either the Protoform Speed6 or LTC.

If you're looking for more realistic bodies, race the RCGT class. HPI and Tamiya makes some great bodies for that.

Proline tends to be more for offroad.

if you want an Audi body check around on Ebay occasionally there are A4, A4 Avant, DTM A4, A5, ect. I also saw a really good looking new body A4 in the coming soon section at either RC Mart or RC Market. I dont remember which one.

That is a lexan body. But you're right, it's a little too pretty to race, and probably wouldn't provide the best aero. But it'd make a sweet display body!

At least this one is "based" off an Audi, our track is brand new w/ only one race weekend under its belt and none this Saturday due to Halloween. I do know they are going to stick to sedan 6 cell / 2c lipo, 19t or 10.5 brushless... I don't know if they will be adhering to ROAR rules pertaining to the bodies. Honestly I don't see why ROAR does not allow you to run any touring body but thats just me. I feel like if I am going to race and spend $30 on a body I should be to run the body of my choice. These ROAR approved bodies are ugly IMHO - just my 2 cents

I still have a Frewer Audi A4 (older model) I'd be willing to part with. Heck I still have an old Protoform Volvo S40 and BMW M3 and even a 1997 Opel Calibra!
