I spoke with Mr. Baar about it a while back, but I was interested in converting a F180. He said he would send me one, but never did. I have 2 Serpent chassis that I'm planning on converting and was going to share some ideas with Mr. Baar. I'll have to see what they came up with. I hope it's not something like we currently have seen with converted 8th scale on-road cars.

Did Serpent just bought your Brushless 966's blueprint..? Come on, you need to post pictures of yours...I doubt even Serpent can do something as good as yours...but I also think yours is NOT CHEAP at all.

I am sure 80% of the 966 will be the same as this BL version...probably just the upper deck, chassis and servo location are changed...so these 2 chassis can both share the 966 parts. I should be very much the same as those who convert the nitro version 1/8th on road design...otherwise, why bother to run brushless if it is a 1/8th version of the EP touring car..?

It is 966 after all....as long as the 966 (nitro) version is still around, the parts should be still the same...unless there is a 970 in the drawing board (which I am sure it is already started..)
