Hey Guys,

I just got a xrc, and its great, however im having a problem with fitting my packs into it. I have filed the slots out, the packs fit in ok, but when i put the brace down it only goes down about half way... how can i fix this?

File them some more that what i had to do...

I also had to add a longer turnbuckle on the servo cause it wasnt long enough the get the proper ammount of steering throw...

additional graphite filing at battery terminal position ( the shorter side ) and push the battery firmly to chassis.

If anyone is interested I have a brand new in the package set of Acer ceramic bearings for the FK kit for sale. Got them a week ago, decided not to use them. $90 shipped. Thats a nice savings from their site.

I also have a set I would like to sell if anyone is interested, but it comes with a factory kit and XRC chassis, Ackermann Extensions, belt tensioner and Foam front shock tower, I will take any serious offers, I dont want this anymore. (It's all new never used)

Anyone looking for a FK and a ton of parts I'll have one for sale on monday. Car has a BMI 350 chassis plus a BMI split cell. Stainless screws, Alum shock bodies. Tons of parts. I'll have a price and pictures next week.

has any one noticed that the screws that come with the Xrays kits start to rust very quickly ??????????

thats because they are steel screws and only have a black chemical coating unlike he counter sunk screws which are nickel plated. Tends to happen the worse the humidity, but it will wipe right off.
