I agree with that. I found my driving improved dramatically after I got a good set up on my FK. But the BMI knocked off a least .5 sec off my fastest times on the same carpet layout. I just think that the more dialed your car is, the better you can hone in on your driving skills. The less you have to compensate for, the more you can drive harder with accuracy. And the stiffer chassis delivers better feedback to setup changes.

Lots of American companies use metric....but mostof them still scream and cry about it.

Even the 'Big 3' the most American of the American companies have made the swtich to metric, recognizing that ISO has defined the metric threads and that the rest of the world uses the metric system.

Some complain that they wheels on their machining equipment is imperial.....but 90% of the people using that argument to resist goign to metric use electronic displays and don't look at the wheels anymore

Default Pdub bumper

Hey guys - any of you guys heard from the guys at Pdub racingn lately? I ordered two of his Xray Pdub bumpers on Jan 1st and sent in payment via paypal and I haven't heard a word since. I'll try emailing them via the email address they have on their website.

John

Yeah John, I did. It was nice. I have one of Kevin's original rubberneck bumper on my Xray for the last two years. After many crashes it's starting to crack so that's why I ordered some Pdubs. Hopefully they'll be here soon.

tc3stocker, a few months ago someone posted pictures of how he'd adapted the blade to work on short arm chubs. I've just done similar and will test tomorrow.

I had no problem ordering bumpers, I even got two sent to me, one to my shipping address and one to my billing, so Icant complain. Ordered on-line, they told me they were about a week behind via e-mail, and wala...they showed up

I have too and I sent both money and no bumpers nor responses. I was just about to post last night about it. I'm glad that I'm not the only one having this problem. As far as I'm concerned these companies' customer service SUCKS and I'm extremely pissed that I haven't even had my emails answer in close to a months time. I know how you feel.

I'm not prepared to flame either of these companies...i'm sure they have reasons for a slow response....

I just need alternativesif these won't be available
