Associated sells specific motor screws. I use 3x8mm flat head screws and then use countersunk washers and never have a problem with losing them.

You can't put pillow ball suspension on the new FT kit due to the bulkheads. Pillow ball is primarily used for Nitro touring cars. People do tend to like the pillow ball for outdoor asphalt racing, but C-hub really shines indoors where the tracks are tighter.

The choice between C-Hub and pivot-ball is up to you ....

Pivot-ball is more durable and holds is settings better then c-hub (through my experience), while C-hub is lighter, and tends to react quicker. The factory-team has the shorter arms, while the EVO2 that you have has the longer-arms.

FYI - You can mount a pivot-ball on an FK ... you just have to purchase the short pivot-ball suspension.

I would suggest that you stay with the pivot-ball at this point until you get used to the car - I am sure that you will find the added durability a blessing.

FYI....you cannot mount the pivot ball on an FK, as the upper mounting points for the pivot ball suspension have been removed from the FK bulkheads

Quick question for you guys running the FK. How are your servo's mounted? I had to mount my servo on the backside of the mount which makes it stick way out. Did you guys drill new holes for the mount? I'm using an Airtonics 357. Any picture showing the setup will be much appreciated. Thanx
