I have not heard of any or seen any, but the best bet is to call rcamerica and talk to Ralph. He would be the ultimate answer to if they have some coming in or not

Hi,

Just a couple of questions.

1) What front shock tower are people running with foams on carpet? I have seen #302096 Shock Tower Front - Factory Kit
and wondered if you can really notice the difference?

2) Does anybody know who carries part # #302205 Ackermann Extension Plate ?

Thanks, Mike

Hey Mike,

The new Factory shock tower has a set of holes to make the camber link super short....should work great on carpet.

RCMushroom has the ackerman extensions and the front shock tower in stock.

The FK has all newer, lighter rotating parts, such as: driveshafts, layshaft, diffs, etc. I just bought a T1R (didn't need the CF chassis) and the following:
- low ratio pulleys
- hollow alum. layshaft
- alum. c-hub kit
- ultimate spring set

i changed my T1R to Evo ( chassis also) spec inc the low ratio pully kit , what i should have done was wait and baught a FK with the $$$$ it cost to build the T1R Oh well i have plenty of spares now
i found with the low ratio kit i had more out of the cornners and kept top end after changing my gearing to suit
i run my Evo Spec T1R in mod ( Brushless) and my FK in Stock , you can get the low ratio kit from HK for US$20 + Shipping , i would suggest you get one and try it out if you dont like it or your driving lags change back , you can always resell the pulley kit
you dont always need a fast car to stay at the pointy end of the field , but hell its good when you do and can
Cheers
