Hey dont feel bad-I think many of us have gone from the Xray to another car a few times the last two years. To be honest-the Xray wasnt a KILLER carpet car till the short arms came out and then the FK kit. Before that it was a great car to build, handled well-but only in a select few Pro and pro/am guys hands was it rippin fast. For the rest of us-it was just slower than other cars.

HondaGuy, NismoSkyline17

There are a lot of people that share your pain -- However, I believe its going to be a bit longer. Check out the post on the teamxray forum. I don't believe you will see kits until the end of September according to what was posted.

I know a few people looking for the kits and there are a bunch of people I run with that are starting to scavange their backup cars.

Luckily, I have my 6 yr. old daughter's soccer games to go to on Sunday afternoons. The soccer season ends on Oct.17th. I should have my car before then, I hope.

After going through, and cleaning the bearings, this appears to be a damn decent car. Are there any X xxxsG+ or Pro 4 drivers in here? I have been struggling with the Pro 4 since I got it. I used to love the xxxsG+
Maybe I ought to do up a few saddle packs for the weekend and see what this car can do.

I've run all three cars (G+, Pro4 and FK Xray). ON asphalt-I think the Pro4 is the way to go. On carpet with foamies-rprobably the G+ and FK.

But I know a lot of guys will snap up your FK in a heartbeat.

Cool, thanks Ray!
I will be running on prepaired asphalt for the next few months. I am getting used to the Pro 4, and the R40.
What is a fair price for the TiFK?

2-weeks ago I sold an assembled, but never ran one to a friend for a cheap $289.00 plus shipping. But I think $300.00 would be more than fair (MIne came with one-way and front diff).

Spool is installed up front, and a one-way is in the spare parts box.
Lets drop this subject before someone complains.

People are really getting impatient about the shortage of Xray kits and parts. Hopefully, things get sorted out soon.
