Default FK Question

I have seen how this car go and the owners swear by its performance!!

My question is since the car has a lot of cut outs? Will it break into 2 if you crash a bit hard? Or do I have to buy the 3.5 chassis immediately? Or the BMI Conversion?

I feel that I drive better witha belt driven car.

Lastly, does the shocks in the FK perfom well or do I need to buy the Aluminum ones or shift to TRF's?

Sorry for so many questions but, seriously considering getting one.
Peace to all and Happy Racing! Lem

The FK is awesome outtta the box, and i havent heard any stories of the chassis breakin into 2 pieces. The chassis is actually very good.

As far as shocks, they are fully, externally ajustable which is awesome. You could get the alum threaded bodies, but why waste the money and get trf shocks?

Hope it helps.

well i have broken my chassis onto 2 pcs and it really wasnt a pleasant sight. but that was a freak accident. however in terms of brakages i havent broken a single part before or after that. fyi i have had my fair share of crashes.

the car is really durable

Don't have the part number in front of me, but you need the solid aluminum layshaft.
