Well the trade off isnt so bad all we have that is cool in Ohio is carpet season. you guys have all the big onraod stuff. It only fair we have carpet

Please do not refer to it as "all our fault". I personally refuse to be lumped into the same category as the demon pirates at FirstEnergy. You'd think that since they have some of the highest rates in the country they'd be able to provide decent reliable service!

YOU guys are lucky YOU didn't take my area out when YOU screwed up the power grid. How does it feel to know YOU guys caused one of the BIGGEST BLACKOUTS IN HISTORY. YOU guys are lucky YOU didn't take out the internet through that area or I would not have been able to order the parts I need
