World are the distributors. You can buy direct from them but normally you can get a better price if you buy through the shops. World does not give discounts!

Urban Models probably have the largest T1 selection. Harmony Models, Perfect Garage and Wing Jet all have good selections. Kings have a few pieces. All are located in the Mong Kok area around Dundas st.

Unfortunately, all those shops are fairly small and won't do internet/mail business. The closest thing you will get is Control Centre but I don't think they do Xray.... you can try?!!

Dave, LOL!!!! Alright man, direct deposit it is!

MissX, I ship everywhere! I can even except paypal if you wish. But it will take longer to ship. I would try your area first, if you absoulutly can not get the parts from your people within a two weeks or so, give me a email and I will set you up with the parts you need. Shipping overseas is a pretty slow process these days, so it may be better to wait a week or two for your people to get them for you. My email is [email protected]

Greg, Not much up here, just tweakin and tuning!
Can't wait until Sat, it should be alot of fun.

A note to everyone who is reading this, I have gotten a lot of emails requesting what parts I have in stock. You must call me directly for this information, I can not answer it by email. I am at home when I read emails. Therefore I can not be 100% certain of my stock situation. I am sure you can understand this. When you call me, I personally pull the parts you need while I am on the phone with you. This insures that you will recieve what you asked for.

DTM

The std Brace sheers usually 3mm in front of the screws. This signifies point of highest load or sheer strength. With making the same piece from kydex you will still have the sheer point at the same location due to 1. size 2. design 3.impact.

Obviously you cannot control point of impact other than in testing. But if you can change the size, say the width at the location you will transmit more energy somewhere else, usually a point more rigid like the screw. Kydex may absorb some of the energy but not enough. My contention is by pre bending with heat, the kydex to a z shape 2 things will occur. The bends will predetermine where the impact energy will be absorbed and 2 the designed bumper will have less preload on it to reduce the energy transfered.

But then again I may be full of sh and should just go back to my cubicle and work.
