Warlord - you are running 5mm of rear droop? this is a ton of droop and that is what would be making your car oversteer, as the rear end would be getting extremely light under braking and thus transferring all of the weight to the front. Try and reduce rear droop to 3mm and you will ber much happier

But would 3mm droop make more weight transfer to the front. on the Hudy by increasing droop you decrease weight transfte to the front. U mean using droop gauge on hudy blocks and its 3mm about 0 right. This would mean that more weight is transfered to the front if i am correct

Sorry as you said it i thought you meant 5 mm of static droop not number 5 on the block.

Sorry i dont really go by these numbers as using foam tires this figure is constantly changing

Omalley-are you still planning on running on Brushed Concrete track? If yes-Remember-softer compound tire (CS27 to 32) with a medium to firm insert and No Air Gap between insert and tire!!! Anything else and you'll tear those tires up in a few heats!!!

I think a T1R with thick carbon top deck and carbon shock towers would be killer............. It would stiffen the car up nicely for carpet.

I think have X-Ray has some of the best springs on the market. Very consisten. I would recommend buying the kit. You get 4 springs of each rate..........................

Default top deck

For those of you running on carpet......which top deck are you using. I purchased the solid top deck which really stiffens the car up. I drove R. Huangs car today in testing and he has the stock top deck on the car......I liked his car a little better but I was not sure if it was the top deck causing it.

For carpet I use the original chassis and top deck. I've found that otherwise the car is lazy into turns and is really inconsistent.
