Default HUDY arbor question

Do the hudy arbors, when bought new, come with the sleeve you need to put it on your truer? My arbor will be here tommorow, and I want to make sure it's usable. I have the Hudy Universal truer.

I got mine at Ashfordhobby.com. He just got a Hudy back order in yesterday.
Fire-thanks, that's what I needed to know.

My 1/12th Hudy arbor did come with a sleeve.

I don't know if there're still in stock, but I bought my Hudy 1/12th arbor from: http://www.larrysperformancercs.com/ (they are located in MI). Great service, BTW.

Looking at the UPS web site, my Integy Tire Truer ordered from SpeedTech R/C is "Scheduled for Delivery" today.

Actually, it didn't come with the little sleeve I ended up using some plastic tubing I had laying around, and it works perfectly. The arbor doesn't wobble at all. It is a little snug in the arbor, which is what I think helps it spin so true.
