Default tamiya TT-01 subaru impreza help!!

well i bought the tamiya 07 subaru imprezza WRC car and i thought it was a ralley car but turns out its a drifter. o well its still a sweet car. the stock motor lacks the power i demand so i want to go BL. right now its all stock other than a Team Associated modified motor and my super rooster esc that were both laying arround not being used. so that helped it a little but i want to go brushless. i was thinking a CC MM and the 4700 motor but waht would i need to upgrade on the car to make it brushless capable? thanks for the help

All Rally cars are based off of a on-road platform. It was only recently that the DF-03ra was introduced. Just buy some rally block tires and your gold.

All you need is a brushless motor,if you have a brushless motor lying around you can use the can and switch the armatures and magnets if they perform better, make it ball bearing

To make the TT01 brushless ready you need ball bearings, the alloy prop shaft, alloy motor mount and maybe the stronger diffs (from the offroad version of the TT01, I forget what it's called). The MM combo is nice but maybe a little too much for the TT01. An EZrun combo from ebay (the 9t 35a combo is popular here in the UK) would suit it better and is MUCH cheaper.
