Default Tamiya TT01D RTR

Well, I'm considering buying a TT01D RTR, but it says I need to buy a 7.2V battery and and a charger.

But is RTR

RTR means "Ready to Run"

Most RTRs need a battery (hence the need for a charger as well.)
