My response wasn't meant to challenge your reply; it was to answer Way2Evl's question. But, 43.79 wt oil doesn't really mean anything as there is no standard for weight. AE 30 wt, Losi 30 wt, and Trinity 30 wt are all different. Yes, cSt (CentiStoke) is an actual viscosity value. So, assuming AE's cSt value is somewhat accurate, and you don't use their wt/cSt value for another brand like Losi or Trinity, you should be fine comparing.

I had heard that from someone as well, but I never encountered it with my 009 and T3; no flexing the body posts to get it to fit either and this was with a new body with normal sized holes. The 009 was previously owned so maybe there's something non-standard about it. I wonder why the discrepancy? Glad you mentioned it for the OP.

Yes, definately locks in the end that you use them in. ie if you put them in the back you will get more rear traction

this is my home made new chassis plate

I made 1 small mistake with the countersinking and destroyed one bumper mount screw hole , but it isn't too bad really

the car is quicker through the corners and has a faster reaction through fast direction changes

You must not have heard of Smokem Racing then? Yours looks much the same. Hope you had a mask on, those pieces of carbon are not so good for the lungs!

I didn't like the designs of the other brands of chassis'

i wanted it to be equal width left and right sides

And i wanted a 2.0mm chassis plate every one elses are 2.3

I tested it today and can report it is very quick and my corner speed is great

I TQ'ed this morning but due to cooking a motor and loosing a tyre in the other 2 quali's i ended up starting last and worked my way to 3rd and 4th in the finals
