Paul Lemeux seems to be running Xray springs?

Where can I get the kydex front bumper? I don't see any specific makes for the T3. Will another brand work? Any part number?

It's not kydex but have you seen this?

Best option available; but, the important part to get is the HARD foam bumper.

Guys just keep in mind that by changing from the stock bumper and if there is a weight increase it will change the handling of your car. So if you find that your car under-steers a bit it's due to the change.

Understood Fred.

But, (for me) after trying to drive a Corally on asphalt for so long...What's a little understeer?

During the last two indoor racing season I ran the Specialized RC Corally kydex bumper -- modifying it to fit the T2 '008/9 and T3. The modification makes it so there is little material around the back of the bumper -- which can cause the bumper to break. When I think about it though, I rather have the bumper break then the C-Hub, steering knuckle or chassis!

I already have the Parma PSE bumper. Also turns out I just ordered the lower bumper also. I thought I was ordering a top bumper but ordered the lower. What's the difference between the t2 lower and the kydex?

I've tried the Parma bumper and it ended up splitting around the holes for the body posts. Now I'm running the Xray hard bumper (301223) with the impact absorbing lower bumper (301203) and this combination works great. It is significantly heavier than the stock pieces though, so expect a slight balance change and different handling characteristics. I still highly recommend it for Saturday night club racing, especially if you are on a tight layout where contact is inevitable or a track with unforgiving barriers. If you are looking for ultimate performance where grams and tenths are the difference between the A and B, the stock setup is the way to go...and if you are at that level then banging off the boards probably isn't something you do very often.
