nope - that sounds right. less meat is needed to get the motor (and the CG) as low as possible..

I have an 009 and I'm planning to move to 1.9 drive ratio and the shop here carries mostly t3 parts. My question is will the rear and front drive belts of the t3 fit in the 009 given that the 009 kit has already changed to a 38T pulley?

thanks in advance
the T2'009 runs at 1.9 when you install the motor forward conversion. i don't have an 009 to verify what could happen w/o the motor forward conversion. you might wanna check out the T2'009 thread too...

well, I don't happen to know the part numbers of the belts on your conversion. But usually the xray PN is printed on the belt. Download the T3 manual off the www.TeamXray.com web site and then you can figure out if the parts cross over

On carpet most don't use the foam, it effects the rebound of the shock, so on carpet most want a 0 -25% rebound shock. You might use it on asphalt though. Since it sits on top of the bladder it makes it harder to compress the bladder on the up shock travel.

Adding shims to the front will make the car less responsibe/lazy but easy to drive. I couldn't use this trick unless your on a high speed track without tight chicanes.

hey guys

so I ran my T3 for the second time today and was having a comfusing issue for me.

car started out with a really bad push at corner entry to early mid corner.. so as i slowed it would push push push then the front would grab and the rear would break loose. I pust 6* caster up front and the car handled much better but pretty much only when I drove it very aggressive. if I got off my line and slowed to much the car would hook in hard and get loose. still with a slight push.

running pretty much the stock setup with the 6* casters in 17.5

check for tweek and all other settings were good. so what can i do to keep the rear from kicking out if i get off the throttle to fast. this was touch on a little about 20 pages back but faded off.

thanks

Does anyone know of any steering bushings (xray part 302291) that will work in the c hubs besides the xray brand? I don't consider myself cheap but paying $17 for four little bushings just doesn't set well with me when other companies sell them for $3 or $4 a package.
