Default More questions about the Hi IQ charger.

Is there anyone who can fix one or modify one locally or within continental US?
I have two that need a couple things done to them and I am leery about shipping overseas.I live In Vancouver B.C. Canada and need one fixed and one upgraded to iq 3000 software.
