I am trying to bring it back, getting ready to open an indoor carpet oval/road course. I have a Trinity Evolution 10 SS that I would love to bring back to life!!!

with some tight carpet track it might be best to run a 4 cell mod class to keep the speed down. For out doors we go full 6 cell for both.

Hey guys I just got an email from Garry Owen at AE and he says that they have not made a decision on whether or not they will sponsor my event. Any statements I have made to the effect that they have are not true and should be disregarded

But BJ,
why not ask to transfer our Pro10 thread form Oval,... to Electric board?
It will be better for us and easy beacause speak about the same thing in two thread ,it's a bit funny,no....

i used to run these 10th scale pans.. but i noticed it isnt a bring the class back type of thing.. it is more less the class just died off due to lack of interest.... why offer a class no one runs...

i know norrca had offered the class to a few years ago, but with only a handfull of entries at every race it seemed to be pointless.

if it comes back great ill be there for it.. but i dont see the inmterest anywhere for it.... it seems 12th scale is barely holding on anymore either...

Burds did you ever run that car?
Do you know how Pro10 was the class to win at the World. It was the big one ,the boss....there was nothing important.....Even Pro12 was a clash front of Pro10.
I remind me in National, we get about 60 to 80 racers in Modified and we could able to got about 150 on a GP race...
No don't say that,me i trust in its comeback because 90% of racers who form the Touring class, never heard or ran a Pro10...And when they will see how fast, cheap and competitive is it, they will come back to the best class....

exept we tried to run the touring l3 cars for a while, but after a month or so it was dead...

Ok my mate, i apologize for but in 17 years ,you never seen a Pro10 class in your city.....? But it's awesome....I was in the 96's world in USA, i think it was in Poloma or correct me if i'm wrong..I don't have the place in head.....But it was the best competition i've ever seen in Pro10....Asso get out a new car and body for the race....the RC11Ls.. A few racer in Europe got it in life now...But i think it was the big one to win...

the main reasons why the class slow down was the Big guy want to push cars that brake to easy and can make more money off of.

Where in Pro 10 the ones to make the most money off of is the tires and bodies.

That is the main reasons why it slow down.

The class can be revived. It is being revived.

Let it die at your center - that's fine.

But around here and in other places, there are growing pockets of Pro10 happening. Especially as people see how inexpensive they are compared to other cars, how blazingly fast they are compared to other, more expensive, cars, and how simple they are to maintain, people are beginning to pick them back up.

Look at the other thread for On-road 1/10th scale (in the Oval, Larger Scales, etc forum) - the results from a weekend race in Texas where they are reviving the class. The top two in STOCK pro10 beat everyone else, pretty much. Everyone including Sedan Mod, Nitro, etc. This isn't unusual. We have found it to be very typical.

In fact, we tend to be the second fastest class at Revelation Raceway - only a second or two off the 1/8th scale lap times. The only class that competes is 1/10th outlaw and they're several times the cost. . .

It's fatalistic and pessimistic thoughts and attitudes that keep this class down. Join the growing crowds and run the real car!
