At HTSA we are currently using purple fronts and pink rears for 1/12th...for Pro10 I use pinks all around, others use purples or magentas up front. I don't think you should limit tire compound because everyone is different. Greens all around would work too. Tire wear is not too bad and the traction is always good here. Just limit Pro10 motors and bodies.

Again P2, Im not planning on limiting compounds, just numbers of sets so that this doesnt become some sort of a tire war

ok guys, with the exception of 19T GT1, ROAR rules will apply. But I must emphasize, this is NOT a ROAR sanctioned event. Everything, qualifying, tech, etc. (concourse too) will be run using ROAR rules. 19T GT1 wil still use the approved body list noted earlier. There are no limits on tires. I am still working on establishing a good date for this race to take place. Id like for it to be in April (or maybe in May before the Reedy Race). I am looking for suggestions for this race becasue I want this to be all about you guys, the racers, so lets hear all you guys have to say about what could help make this race a success.

guys the idea and motivation behind this event is to show the sanctioning race bodies that we have a following and a renewed intrest in these cars. we will as the promoters and organizers of this event try to keep the format simple and fun. we want you the racer "i mean us" the racer a fun and exciting foremat to bring in new blood and bring back the old school guys who stopped racing due to the high cost and extreme peperation that touring cars have. lets have fun!

Well, its now been a MONTH since I ordered my RC10L2 from Socal.....and I still don't have it. I even called last week and got the same excuse about the shipper. The guy told me he would ship it himself. When I mention getting it shipped a little faster at his expense, he said no problem....that was last wed....gotta love this joke of a company.

Im sorry to hear about your situation Eddie. Hey why dont we reminisce some about Pro10 from back in the day.

I remember reading my first issue of RC Car Action coming home from my dad's pharmacy and reading how Joel "Magic" Johnson TQd and won the Pro10 class in Cleveland. Until touring cars came along, Pro10 was THE class to win at the nationals and world championships

Socal's online webshop.....not many companies even stock it. They had a good price and actually own a shop, so I chose to put my money there instead of tower "we undercut hobby shops" hobbies....

Still no sign of it today either....LAME.

I wanted to have it for regionals, so we could lay down some crazy fast laps and get people excited about the class.

Well since they can't figure out how to pack a box and drop it off at UPS.....I am starting to wonder if they actually would be able to figure out how to use the Visa machine to do a refund.

I will give it to the end of the week and then just protest the charge.....fairly simple. I just find it lame.....especially from a track everyone praises.....
