We have a teleconference with Associated Electrics next Monday or Tuesday. They are interested in becoming a PRIMARY sponsor for the event!
So what happened with this tele-conference? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well from what Hector (my assistant) tells me. They wanted a letter explaining in detail what the event is all about as well as any information regarding it (like flyers and stuff). Gary Owen is very interested in supporting this event. I sent him a letter last Tuesday or Wednesday and he should write me back soon about it.

In a wonderful surprise development, Rick Wilson (President of ROAR) has expressed HIS support in the event as well. (Im going to write him and see if he can talk to any of the factory shops about signing on without putting his name on the line)

Roadwizard, I have one simple message for you: RUN THAT CARS!
Run one and have a friend run the other. That's what we did here in holland. The class was dead here 2. We started running those cars again with 3 guys at the start, and people saw how fast and easy to maintain these cars are, and more of them got involved. For the upcoming big ICC races we are planning on at least 2 full heats of pro ten, an all time record!
It's amazing what you can start yourself, just by running a car and being fast with it!

Hey TD, in this thread is a pretty good place to show the link to the website where you got your small plug for this event. So if you don't mind, I'll go ahead and post it.

Radio Controlled Nation

In the middle about half way down the page under: "Making Headlines". Enjoy!

The 1st Annual U.S. Pan Car Championships has been awarded to Hobbytown USA in San Antonio, Texas. Are any of you guys gonna go down and test? Im contemplating tire limits and I want to know how the track is on Pro10 and 12th scale tires.
