i dont see why you cant run both 235mm and 200mm. both styles are produced

235mm
corally
yokomo
hpi
associated(10L2)

200mm
crc pantoura
speed merchant road kill 10
associated(10L3)

and i am sure others could add to the list.

How do you know they're 200mm?

Pausing the video - they look pretty wide to me. . .
Most of those ARE wide cars - the 200mm cars he's trying to point out are people that attempted to convert Tamiya F103 cars into 200mm Pro10 cars and run them at that years' Japanese Pro10 Nationals. Look at the very last pic - it's an AE L2. The one above it; one of those cars is a Yokomo, the other the HPI RS10G. Neither one is a 200mm although the HPI is narrower and shorter than a "wide" car. They were referred to as the "1/11th scales." Moving up, the action shots feature cars using the Protoform HD Peugeot body - only ever made in 235mm.

Tech Racing makes both a 235 and 200mm car. Academy out of Korea makes a 235mm car. Corally has a 200mm car in addition to the 235mm one.

Once everything is set, depending on location and date, Team CRC will be there.

The best way to help you speedxl, it's to create a europe team as well and come there, with some good and champion pilots...I believe,we can come as the snowbird and other compet. So you have a great support from europe to bringback Pro10.
Now,we've got about 1 years to be fine...And we got 6 month to tell EFRA, we need her help to bringback Pro10 as you do now..
Thank speedxl for your fight

Default my experience

I ran the Inter Club Competition here in Holland, and Germany last year. Everyone who competed, and I mean EVERYONE agreed it was a blast! What made it so much fun? We had 3 electric classes: TC 12 turn mod, TC 19turn and pro ten 12 turn. Teching was kept to a minimum. Weight and number of cells were checked, and if your car was overweight, you just received a warning. We had a gentlemans-agreement between the drivers to keep things fair to use 12 turns only, and we never had much problems with that. We ended the season as a huge group of friends!
My point is: keep the rules simple, just run the cars as is, help eachother out wherever you can, and just have fun! If we can do it, and the SoCal group can do it, so can you all!

Stop debating, start running! First run the cars for at least a season with whatever rules you see fit, and if it catches on again, than we can start this discussion again!

Can I help? We have a group of very dedicated pro 10 racers here in Holland, some of which might be interested in going to a European masters race.

It will be a little while before Frank E-mails anyone. He is a bit under the weather. However I can assure you that Team CRC supports pan car racing.

Default Wow

4 cells, 6 cells, 200mm, 235mm. Run what you brung and you will see 235mm 6 cell come out on top. That is my opinion. I have driven both, 200mm and 235. 235 drives easier, and holds the corners better. This all lets you go faster.

You should see how easy it is to change lines in a corner compared to a TC.

I'm all for it!
