Default xxx-s gearing

Sorry for posting a seperate thread.

What gearing should I use on my xxx-s with a 9x2 d5 motor.
What would be the top speed using that gearing.

Also what motor and gearing could get me above 40mph and still be good for my gm v12 esc (7 turn motor limit).

Thanks alot, Andrew

i would start with the yellow 64pitch spur(i run 64), and a 20 tooth pinion, to keep your motor cool. If that aint fast enough, go to a bigger spur. Start posting in the xxx-s thread starting....now.
