I would view it differently if it was like 1 or 2 weeks later. But not if I friggen order the item yesterday. I guess I don't have maids and servants like you who wait me every second of my life. Haha

You didn't get screwed he fixed the problem number one and if he didn't refund your money or whatever the case was call your bank dispute the charge that's what I was trying to say. You said it was a mistake so how can you say that if I got screwed I would look at this situation differently, if you see the big picture your didn't get screwed he fixed the problem.

Thanks David

This is very good advice for the OP. Id hate to see you end up with legal issues.

Who was that guy that said: "Let you without sin cast the first stone?"

Somebody has expectations that are a wee bit high for the real world. Even at 99.5% efficiency, 5 people out of 1000 get less than perfection. 100% perect is a nice goal to aim for, but a very difficult one to achieve unless your business is VERY small.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty?? That is a pretty serious allegation to put up before the masses.

I've had nothing other then top notch customer service, fast shipping, good pricing, and always correct orders with Nexus. They are good people that care about their business, and customers.

I suggest after you straighten this out you ask the moderators to delete this thread...its a serious injustice IMO.

During my dealings with the Nexus crew they always demonstrate professionalism, complete knowledge of the hobby (heck some of them been racing more than 20yrs) and have never try to sell or push something not needed to be competitive.

Hobby mail order business can be a real busy entreprise. I used to work for a hobby shop and know first hand just how easy it can be to mix one item out of 30+ orders per day plus having to handle front desk customers. Mistakes are made, no one is perfect. They will correct the mistake.
