Default Team Epic/Trinity

I see with the new Epic/Trinity web site they are now offering a motor exchange program on DUO and DUO2 motors, so if you have a paper weight you now have a chance to replace it for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

They also now list replacement rotors.

Thats great. Wonder why they never sent me a replacement for the motor I sent back in January. Trinity sucks!

An upgrade program for all the customers that got stuck with useless Pulse motors would seem like a better idea if customer service is really of a concern to Epic/Trinity.

Thats in reference to blown DUO and DUO2 motors. Pulses are a totally different issue.
