Default Xray T2007 battery strap or tape???

I am wondering what everyone who runs xray T2 cars uses to keep the battery from moving around

Do you use straps, tape, battery holders, etc...., and where can i get something like this

Thanks for the help
Mike

Since Lipo's, I have run tape. But I used to run the graphite strap on my US car(thick chassis) and tape on a EU car. The strap will stiffen the chassis a little bit, and you don't want that on a rubber tire car, plus if you tighten the strap too much it might tweak the chassis.
Hudy makes really good strapping tape if you want to go that route.

Normal ol half inch battery tape works just fine. I put on a piece at the beginning of the day, then change it out for the main. One roll will last you forver... it wont tweak your chassis... and it weighs less.

I run a LiPo plate that has a hole drilled into it lined up with a spare hole on the chassis, specifically the hole underneath the belt in the middle of the chassis. Then, I just use double-sided tape to hold the battery onto the LiPo plate. I like to also use 1 strip of 1/2'' threaded tape for security, but if you use enough double-sided tape it shouldn't be necessary, and it'll look much better.

I get the threaded tape from work for free, and it'll stick to ANYTHING It doesn't look as nice as black or colored battery tape, though.
