Yes we ship overseas.

Regarding postage choices, I think one of the difficulties that any mail order business faces is providing a consistent level of shipping service. Maybe I am off the mark here, but as a consumer, I use a very small group of stores like Amazon, Newegg, etc., and I've come to know what to expect from each. I know that in some cases I might pay a buck or two more but I'm fine with that.

From the shipper's view, it's also not always reasonable to change the shipping choice based on the lowest-dollar option available, otherwise you get bogged down in the minutiae of shipping. Further, things like first class provide no tracking, which is doubly difficult from a retailer's perspective. At least priority has a rudimentary form of tracking.

In many cases when people have wanted to save on shipping, they just email us and ask if we can send first class, and then later on I refund the difference in shipping.

I only see one support request from you, and we answered it 10 minutes later. Maybe it hit your spam filter?

You are right about the featured items and such on the web site, I will address that soon. Thanks for the feedback though, I do appreciate it.
