We’ll try to take some pictures.

Default Roche Rapide P10W evo

Trying to source everything i need to build the Roche Rapide kit. Anyone knows what's in the box oils and grease related? The manual states that the 800 oil is not included, for the side shocks, but nothing relating the diff grease or the 450 oil. Do I need to get those also?

Thanks.

You will want to have a selection of oils and grease anyway so it might be a good idea to just get what's recommended and maybe some others to tune with. I don't recall the kit coming with any.

I'm looking at the Jayco Lilac (63.3mm) and BSR purple WGT (60mm) tires. Is it necessary to true these to a smaller diameter or can I run them straight out of the package? I don't have a truer yet and unless I find an old Cobra truer, it's going to be a while. Surface is black CRC carpet.

For black carpet, you will want to cut those babies down. The car will be tippy and likely will chunk the tires.
58mm rear and 56mm front maximum dia.

For CRC Black carpet you do need to true them down to 54-52mm. I will typically run 52mm on carpet. Asphalt you can run them straight out of the package.

Well damn, guess I’m going to have to get a truer sooner than later.

For weekly races and lower grip, 53mm is ok, big races start at 52mm.

Default Ball Diff

Need help and recommendation on the ball diff. The kit comes with 64p spur but all my pinions are 48p. Should i invest in 64p pinions or just get a 48p spur. Any with holes will do? What you guys are running?

I would just use 48p since they will last you longer.

We had a lot of fun racing 235 last weekend.
Unfortunately we had some issues with the VBC, It was too wide for the Body.

I converted to the Xray X12 frontend it worked as expected.

I'll cut a new Front Suspension Plate for my self, which is narrower and fits the Swift235 body.
Please let me know if anyone is interested and I'll cut some more.
It will be not a official product for now, but it may help someone out.

I believe 98mm between the bolts for the bulkheads should be fine to fit under the swift body.

Im not sure what measurement you mean.
The Frontend is 222mm wide with BSR Purple Stripes and the Swift is like 210mm wide in the front.
