Ballpark to start with is about 25/100 with 13.5 2S.

That's a pinion/spur size? That'll depend on the diameter of the tires...

In the picture there is a 92/64, test will be done also with a 77/48.
Plan is to go down to 4.5/5.5 and see what happens...

That is going to cause further changes in the mould plug, that gives me another idea to keep me from creating several versions of the bodyshell (wide, narrow, taller tires, smaller tires...) but it will setback release a couple weeks minimum.

*update*
Bottom, rear wheel wells and front "splitter" are done, going to make the front and canopy look like a proper 962c k6 and add the wing and end plates to the mould plug. After that it's time to make cut-lines and presto.

My friend gave me his HPI Road Star 10G today. I was hoping for it to be in a better condition. The main chassis is pretty well worn.

Does anybody know where I could get a main chassis or someone who can make/cut a main chassis for it? Also, the length of the of the left rear axle hub? It's missing the rear axle assembly.

I race a Road Star back in the late 80's and really liked it over the 10L I had.

I stripped down the car. Parts are in zip lock bags.

BezerkRC... But I think you will have to send your chassis or at least the plan of the part...

I just make him produce a new pod for my Vorlon. The CF is excellent and the parts quality is impressive.

Yeah I know I have to change my spur...
