Hi!

I did some creation of rear end

Pro 10: 235mm Le Mans Prototype Pan Car Discussion-rear.jpg
Pro 10: 235mm Le Mans Prototype Pan Car Discussion-rear2.jpg

Car was driven on nitro track.
One of the movies.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sdbe-scNDaE

What I checked
- fronts lilacs spec tires,
- rear GP 25,
- fluid TC-5 corally or cs high grip (probably for me better will be tc-5...),
- body giana,
- fronts spring std 1/12 short ae .20, drop about 1mm,
- RH 5.5mm from front to end,
- rear pod drop -1mm, car chassis is flat when car on tires,
- center spring AE buggy blue, about 4lbs??? (silver buggy front was too soft),
- shock is yokomo bd7, 3 holes, 300 oil (~25wt),
- side lubes SHURE LUBE #5,
- side springs hard ones ae (gold),
- front lube 100k diff oil, for me was better ...
- front and rear tires soaked same time full,
- 2S lipo, ESC turbo with 17.5T engines,
- gearing 72/21 48p, tire about 60mm,
- front end is AE 12R5, block 10deg, max angle for king pin,
- toe out +1deg, camber about -2deg to made tires flat, maybe need right tire -3????

Anyway, with giana body it felt that rear end is pushed down to track,
I made some bigger holes on body post (just little bit) to made at this place body easy to fit.

What I got from this setup, car is nice for me but not too fast (speedo gearing, whatever), on corners when drive on blue grove it's like glued.

I don't know how to compare it to prev setup (without rear axle force) but I remember that was easy to spin out rear end, now I must break grip by stupid action on steering wheel ...

I must drive more, now I'm trying to learn again setup with rear end axle air down force.

Anyone try drive that cars with GT bodies?
Expierience?

We do not drive lolas and engine is limited (heh i got 100C on can)...

With parma aston (this nice carpet) car is hm ... square and su...s on racing
Was difficult, friends used Sophias and winner was driving PF C6-R vette.

@M.Abramowicz.......Try this:
Tires BSR double purple front and purple rear
Tire fluid TC5 or spider red but time on fronts less then rear.
Use tire warmers with the TC5
Side springs AE Blue and 10000 in the tubes
Centre shock: Use a Tamiya TRF because thet are the best
Spring Tamiya TC yellow.
Caster 5 degrees instead of 10
Steering front: Try inline(Hyperdrive axle) and AE steering knuckle, that will give a bit more steering but calmb the car down alot because of the longer wheelbase
Camber and toe out seems ok
Front end try the B3/T3 kingpin with CRC side springs and then the green version.
Less play and also less moving parts and a progressive front end.
Front end pic but with AE inline

Regards Roy
